VA Chapter 31 — Veteran Readiness and Employment — pays for a service-disabled veteran to retrain into suitable work. Getting into it means assembling evidence scattered across VA.gov, DD-214s, rating decisions, transcripts, VA forms, and counselor emails, with no single place that says what's needed, why, or what to do next.

Three things we hold ourselves to

• Free, always. Refinery Consulting hosts Azimuth at no cost to veterans. No feature is gated, degraded, or delayed for not paying.
• Every claim cites its source. A fact that can't be traced to one of your documents, or to something you typed yourself, doesn't enter your package.
• Your original records are never altered. A correction creates a new version — what the VA actually issued is preserved exactly, including when its wording is odd.

What Azimuth doesn't do

Azimuth prepares your package — you still submit it yourself, to your counselor, on your own terms. Azimuth never submits anything to the VA on your behalf, and never contacts your counselor for you.
